What each order status means.

Pending payment — your order is placed but payment has not yet been confirmed.
Processing — payment received; your order is being prepared and packed.
On hold — we need to confirm something (often payment); our team will reach out.
Shipped — your order has left the warehouse and a tracking number is available.
Completed — your order has been delivered.
Cancelled — the order was cancelled by you or by us.
Refunded — a refund or reship has been processed.
